Where do I go if I have questions or need more information?
If you have any questions, please post them in the e-procurement platform under the message tab. We endeavour to respond to all questions within 24 hours.
Can I contact the school for more information?
Contacting the school is not permitted during the tender process. Please direct all your questions to us via the messaging tab in the e-procurement platform, so that we can ensure all questions are responded to and shared with all participating suppliers.
What criteria will be used to evaluate the tender submission?
Supplier bids are evaluated through a series of four sequential gates, each representing a different specific theme: credible, capable, compatible, and competitive. Every school has a different set of requirements; therefore, we recommend reading the tender fact pack, which outlines the content and weightings of each evaluation theme.
What are the common reasons for bid being rejected?
Typically, we see two trends. In Evaluation Gate 2, the quality of written responses is a major factor in not being shortlisted. Similarly, for Evaluation Gate 3, during the supplier pitches, lack of preparedness and not aligning the supplier pitch with the school’s outlined agenda are common reasons for rejection.
Will I receive feedback as to why I did not pass a specific gate?
Yes, we do provide written feedback. However, we cannot accommodate face-to-face debrief sessions.
